High Temperature & Gasket Foams
Fabrication Specialties can custom fabricate polyimide, silicone, PVC, and latex foams. BISCO™ silicones can be used for gasketing, cushioning, heat shielding, and other applications. These products are easily fabricated into gaskets and seals. Foams from Ludlow Composites Corporation include open cell latex foams, open cell SBR latex composites, and closed cell PVC foams. Solimide's® polyimide foams are light weight with a high temperature range making them suitable for aircraft, aerospace, and marine industries. Polyimides retain flexibility at cryogenic temperatures and have continuous use limits up to 575°F. We can saw cut or die cut foams to meet your specs.
